1) 90-Day Limited Warranty
All FIREHOME™ diffusers are protected by a 90-day limited warranty starting on the date of delivery. If your product develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it depending on the situation and stock availability.
2) What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing or assembly defects
- Electrical malfunction not caused by misuse
- Non-functional components out of the box
3) What the Warranty Does NOT Cover
The warranty does not apply if damage is caused by:
- Improper use, including use with incompatible adapters/power sources
- Water damage to electrical components
- Physical damage (impact, drops, cracking, overheating)
- Unauthorized modification or repair attempts
- Neglect or operation against safety instructions
Misuse automatically voids the warranty.
4) Safety Instructions (User Responsibility)
For safe operation, users must:
- Use clean, room-temperature water only
- Do not overfill the water tank
- Keep away from open flames and heat sources
- Place on a flat, stable surface while operating
- Unplug before cleaning or refilling
- Keep out of reach of small children without supervision
This is a home ambience appliance — not a medical or therapeutic device.
5) How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request warranty support:
- Email support@firehome.co
- Include your order number
- Describe the issue and attach a short video or photo
Our team will review your case within 24–48 hours and provide next steps.
6) Replacement or Refund
If the warranty claim is approved, we will:
- Send a replacement device, OR
- Issue a refund if replacement is not possible
7) Legal Notice
This warranty provides coverage in addition to consumer rights. UK/EU customers retain all statutory protections, including the 14-day right of withdrawal on eligible purchases.
