Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU)

1. Legal Withdrawal Period

If you are located in the UK or EU, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days from the date you receive your goods, without giving any reason.

2. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the 14-day window by contacting:

You may use a clear statement such as:

“I hereby withdraw from the contract for order #[order number].”

3. Return Deadline

After notifying us, you then have an additional 14 days to return the goods.

4. Condition of Returned Goods

You are permitted to inspect the product as you would in a physical retail store. However, if the product shows signs of use beyond inspection, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value, as permitted by law.

5. Refund Timing

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or of receiving proof of return shipment—whichever occurs first. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you withdraw under this legal right for change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item was faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will cover return costs.
